Today we finally got to Washington, DC. After driving for about 9 hours, spending the night in a hotel and then waking up and starting to drive again. Mom and I went to see "Legally Blonde" at the Kennedy Center and it was fantastic! We went to go and see the Washington Monument, but we didn't actually "go see" it as like in go and read about it and look at the huge building up close because we planned to do that later, can't wait. We did go see the World War II Memorial and the Lincoln Memorial and the giant reflecting pool in front of it.Dad has given me a title of the Paparazzi. I do take a couple pictures now and then...ta ta for now. :-)

Lindsey, how can a photograher by trade, leave a most important thing, that you have to have, at home?!!!! Well, that is alright. We can wait a few days to see these most impressive pictures that you are taking. I know they will be great. Have a fun time, especially at the White House!! Glad you got your Mom`s rings!!
